Our handling time is fast! We ship all orders placed by 3pm EST the very same day, Monday through Friday! Tracking is uploaded directly to eBay. All orders placed over the weekend will be picked up by our carriers the following business day. We offer UPS and USPS shipping services. Our standard free shipping is UPS Ground. All upgraded shipping promotions are strictly available to the lower 48 States, however, we will use USPS Priority Mail as a substitute for our customers outside of the AK, HI and the Protectorates.

We will always refund the full price of the item as long as it is in brand new condition within 2 business days of arrival. Returns that are in used or damaged condition may be assessed a fee per eBay policy & practices. Crossbows or bows that have been assembled or fired CANNOT BE RETURNED due to safety reasons. Warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer for assembled or fired bows.
